Process Executive at Infosys

I started my journey at Infosys as a Process Executive. My role was to support my client with their supply chain processes and help them identify and deliver process streamlining projects.
Design Thinking

I got trained in design thinking methodology at work as an organisational wide initiative from the then Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka to boost innovation and creativity at Infosys.
Automation Project

I identified and initiated a project to streamline my client’s logistics claim process. I and my team adopted the design thinking mindset to successfully deliver this project. My role was to map the entire process, identify and eliminate the repetitive and non-value tasks and provide wireframes to the developer. While working on this project I got acquainted and interested in the field of User Experience.
User Experience

I started learning about Human-Computer Interaction and UX techniques of user research, usability testing and accessibility by undertaking online courses on The Interaction Design Foundation.
